Garden Design Chislehurst, South London
This garden design project in South London was a real transformation! As you can see from the ‘before’ photograph it used to be a dated raised patio with heavy looking concrete balustrade. The clients wanted the terrace to reflect more of their modern taste and create an ‘outside room’ that was more usable and aesthetically pleasing. There was quite a level change between the original terrace and lawn so we decided to design the scheme to incorporate a split level deck on one side and an upper dining area on the other. The changes of level were made safe by the installation of a contemporary glass balustrade to complement this new modern look. Planting was purposely minimal and lighting was incorporated to facilitate evening entertaining.
